Once you are contacted by a recruiting analyst, you'll have 14 days to complete all required forms and documents, including the Security Screening Application and submit them through a secure online portal.

Required personal documents
You must scan the following original documents. We do not accept scans of copies.
- If you were born in Canada: Canadian birth certificate (front and back)
- If you were born outside of Canada: Canadian Citizenship or permanent resident card, and Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292), if applicable
- Social insurance number
- Marriage, divorce, separation, or name change certificate, if applicable
- Custody agreement, if applicable
- Recent photo of yourself from the shoulders up
- Proof of education: Canadian high school transcript showing graduation, or equivalency assessment
- Valid Canadian driver's license (front and back)
- Driving record from every province or territory that you have lived in for the last 3 years
- Provincial health card (front and back)
- Valid standard first aid certificate, including Level C CPR for infant, child and adult (must be valid for the duration of your Cadet Training Program)
- Fitness logs and Self-Declaration
